Booking Information
- Complete a booking form online and email to bookings@execucattery.co.za. Booking form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
- Download a copy of ExecuCattery’s legal terms and conditions at the bottom of this page. This will complete your booking and must be completed on day of check in.
- A 70% deposit is required at the time of making a booking.
- All fees are to be paid in full when checking in, and not on collection.
- EFT payments can be made in advance and proof of payment should be provided before boarding commences. Credit/debit card facilities are available.
Make a Booking
Cancelation Policy
- 2 Weeks or more before admission: 100% of money paid refunded
- 1 Week before admission: 50% of money paid refunded
- Less than 1 week before admission: NO refunds will be made
- No booking will be accepted or cat admitted for boarding unless vaccinated according to current veterinary requirements. Proof, in the form of a vaccination booklet, must be presented when bringing your cat in.
- In order to keep our boarding facilities parasite-free, please ensure that your cat is flea free. Should your cat have fleas, treatment will be applied at the expense of the client.
- Additional care required: Should your cat require medication, details must be given when booking and the client must provide the relevant medication when checking in.
- We provide 3 types of food: Royal Canin, Hills and Iams. If your cat requires a prescription diet, it must be brought with when checking in.
- On client’s request, long haired cats will be groomed on a daily basis, which will incur an additional charge of R15 per day, per cat.
- Cats that are ill cannot be accepted at the cattery.
- Should your cat require veterinary attention while at our cattery, you will be contacted immediately. All veterinary costs will be for the owner’s expense.
- Should a cat not be collected within 7 days of the collection date and the owner fails to contact the cattery within this period, the cat will become the property of the cattery and may be rehomed or donated to PAWS for adoption.
